Going forward, the focus will be on Transformation which includes end-to-end process design and optimization, best-in-class delivery and achieving internal efficiencies through footprint optimization, simplification and robotics. Position Overview: As the Order-to-cash (O2C) Global Process Analyst, you will be crucial in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle. Your responsibilities will encompass driving transformation initiatives, managing projects, and leveraging your expertise in onboarding external tools such as High Radius, Esker, Celonis, SideTrade and other relevant technologies. Strong stakeholder management skills will ensure collaboration and alignment across various functional areas. Key Responsibilities Transformation Leadership: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to transform the O2C process, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement to enhance performance. Project Management Lead cross-functional O2C projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful project outcomes. External Tool Onboarding Demonstrate expertise in onboarding and integrating external tools like HighRadius, Esker, Celonis, SideTrade, and other O2C-related technologies. Evaluate, select, and implement tools that align with business objectives and improve overall process effectiveness. Stakeholder Management Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT, to understand their needs and priorities. Collaborate closely with external partners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless O2C operations. Performance Metrics And Reporting Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of O2C processes and initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Risk Management Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks within the O2C process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the integrity of the order fulfilment process. Training And Development Provide training and support to team members on new processes, tools, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the O2C team. Qualifications And Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus. Proven experience in leading order-to-cash processes, with a track record of successful transformation projects. Strong project management skills focusing on delivering results within scope, budget, and timeline. Demonstrated experience onboarding and optimizing external tools such as HighRadius, Esker, SideTrade, Celonis and similar technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making. Familiarity with industry best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging trends in O2C.
