Must fulfill the administrative responsibilities of a Senior Management Executive and operate in accordance with the Company’s Procedure, Policies, HSE Standards and Quality Management System. The operational responsibilities of this position include:·Shall be overall responsible for the plant and its whole operations.·Prepare and remain in compliance with IMS standards and all HSE guidelines.·Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.·Develop operational controls and drive continuous improvement initiatives.·Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping·Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports·Allocate resources effectively·Screen, interview and manage the onboarding process of new hires·Build and maintain a trusting & transparent relationship with employees.·Communicate with employees about performance expectations. Carry out periodical capacity study to insure plant capability to handle production requirements and recommend necessary capital expenditure.
Monitor operational expenses, materials usage and Losses and overall unit cost to insure efficient resources utilization and to initiate corrective actions as required
Implementation of best industries practices such as 5S, Kaizen, Zero Incident culture etc.
Adherence to the local legal compliance directly related to plant operations.
Must maintain high HSE standards.
Strictly adhere with timelines issued by reporting manager/management.
Participate in inventory planning and vendors development.
