- Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs.
- Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications.
- Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
- May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
- Project Estimation and Management: Assist with direct estimates such as time, percentage of project completion, etc., contributing to effective project management and timely delivery of solutions.
- Lifecycle Methodologies: Create and review product/project deliverables according to lifecycle methodologies. This includes impact assessments, external & internal specifications, manuals, and educational materials.
- Test Planning and Execution: Create and review unit, integration, system, and/or QA test plans/scripts. Execute these tests and analyze the results to identify and rectify defects, ensuring the highest quality of our software solutions.
- Adherence to Corporate Policies: Understand and adhere to all corporate policies, including but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in our fast-paced environment.
- Programming Languages:
- Proficiency in dotnet C# for test automation.
- Test Automation Tools:
- Experience with tools such as Selenium WebDriver.
- Familiarity with Jira for test management.
- Version Control:
- Knowledge of Bitbucket for code collaboration.
- Version Control Tools:
- Familiarity with Git bash or SourceTree.
- Continuous Integration (CI):
- Experience with Jenkins for automated builds and deployments.
- API Testing:
- Proficiency in Soap UI and Swagger for testing RESTful APIs.
- Cloud Services:
- Exposure to AWS, Kibana, and Octopus Deploy (not mandatory).
- Containerization:
- Basic understanding of Docker (not mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience in software development tasks.
- A standard office setting where most of the time will be spent using a computer. This role requires physical stamina for regular computer use.
- Some travel may be required, which could be domestic or international. This provides an exciting opportunity to gain exposure and understand the global dynamics of our business.
