- Oversee and manage US accounting operations including journal entries, year-end accounting, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Assist with tax preparations and filings for US entities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards applicable to US operations.
- Provide support during audits and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks while implementing financial best practices.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in US accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and other regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on collaborative projects.
- Advanced understanding of financial reconciliations and reporting techniques.
- Prior experience working with global clients or MNCs is an advantage.
