Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Corporate Finance
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Preparation and analysis of annual budgets (Direct Exp Budget, Indirect Exp Budget, Expense budget, Purchase budget, Capital exp budget & forecasts.
  • Develop short-term and long-term financial plans aligned with business strategy.
  • Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for financial improvement.
  • Working Capital Requirement Forecast.
* Fund Management & Treasury Operations
  • Maintain optimal cash flow and working capital levels.
  • Monitoring of cash inflows and outflows.
  • Manage banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities.
  • Optimize utilization of funds to minimize cost of capital.
  • Ensure timely payment of statutory dues, vendor bills, and salaries.
  • Preparation of CMA data.
* Cost Control & Efficiency
  • Reduction in operating costs and improved profitability.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement control mechanisms.
  • Review departmental expenses against budgets.
  • Implement cost allocation and standard costing systems.
* Compliance & Governance
  • 100% compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely filing of returns (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, etc.).
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, etc.).
* Financial Reporting
  • Accuracy and timeliness of MIS and financial statements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements(cash flow, P/L,B/S – projected & actual both).
  • Present financial performance reports to management and board.
  • Support in decision-making through data-driven insights.
* Stakeholder Management
  • Effective communication with investors, lenders, and management, creditors, Bankers.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders like banks, auditors, and consultants.
* Process Improvement & Automation
  • Reduction in manual effort and reporting time.
  • Implement ERP and financial software systems.
  • Streamline financial workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives in finance.
* Team Management & Development
  • Lead and mentor finance team members.
  • Conduct training on financial processes, compliance, and analytical tools.
  • Ensure timely performance reviews and career development plans.
