2. Coordinate with different teams such as the development, testing, and operations to ensure smooth execution of automation projects.
3. Track the progress of the automation project, ensuring that the project milestones are being met on time and within the budget.
4. Facilitate regular meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure clear communication among all project stakeholders.
5. Identify potential risks and roadblocks in the automation project and devise strategies to mitigate them.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement automation best practices.
7. Ensure the quality of the automated systems by coordinating with the quality assurance team and overseeing the testing process.
8. Report on project status, progress, and results to senior management and other stakeholders, providing transparency and accountability.

To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
