The company maintains biggest Steel Yards and hold a high level of inventory of Special Steels from the worlds leading manufacturers such as DEW, Thyssen Krupp - Germany, Vitkovice - Czech Republic, Somers Forge England ,Villares Metals - Brazil etc.Roles & Responsibilities:*) Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.*) Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.*) Preparing and sending quotes and proposals ,PI, Sales Order and other sales reports.*) Managing the whole sales operation process .*) Maintaining CRM /ERP database.*) Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.*) Able to communicate all aspect of sales operations to managers and other team members .*) Solve and handle team queries and problems.
