Key Responsibilities:Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the entire vertical, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.Plan and execute new course launches while managing the time & action calendar.Drive revenue growth through category planning, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns (social media, digital, influencer marketing, ATL/BTL, events, webinars).Own the offline and online course launch calendar, ensuring timely execution with all stakeholders.Monitor KPIs, enrollments, lead conversions, and retention metrics for optimization.Define brand positioning and ensure marketing consistency across platforms.Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, content, counseling, product) to ensure category growth.Enhance the user experience on digital platforms (website, app) in collaboration with Tech & Product teams.Develop and implement business plans with performance tracking mechanisms.Required Skills & Expertise:Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools.Understanding of consumer behavior, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Creativity & innovation in marketing strategies.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
