• Customer and Plant Operations Interactions for Material Planning of RM and Logistics of FG
• RM scheduling on suppliers by EDI thru QAD and MRP running as based on JIT inventory
• Inventory parts ABC Classification with QAD
• Follow up with supplier for RM arrangement timely
• Maintaining the stores in good shape and control the JIT inventory as per targets
• Monthly Cycle Count planning based on ABC Classification, and Physical Inventory Wall to Wall
• Production planning day wise as per monthly customer requirement
• Dispatch planning day/vehicle , loading of vehicles , follow up with transporter for smooth delivery
• Customer schedule adherence daily/monthly /yearly as per Customer plan
• Make & share inventory FCST for RM every two months for balance year
• Make GRN for Direct & Indirect material receiving , make MDN if required
• Monitoring FIFO for RM and FG parts
• Maintain all material in stores as per PFEP in stores with documentation
• Make Documents for Dispatch with QAD and Customer Portals
• Meet targets monthly ATR and MDOH parameters
• Making Budget for next year and monitoring expenses
• Ensure and monitor for Freight bill , share data for savings, support to Finance for documentation
• Update Weekly Assessment and Trued up volume with management
• CIS Box/ LIPT Submission---- Continuous Improvement activities
• Support to other Functions in Company
• Manpower handling, Training to staff and operators
• Raise PRs, PTA if required.
• Maintain all SOX Compliance parameters.
