- Conducting Change Management Impact Analysis and treatment planning.
- Implementing strategies for new process adoption and supporting Change Measurement activities.
- Collaborating with the HR Transformation team to deploy systems like SuccessFactors and Workday.
- Engaging in dynamic, English-speaking international teams.
- Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients, delivering large-scale transformations, and contributing to practice-building efforts such as recruitment and training.
- 4-8 years of experience in change management programs covering stakeholder assessment, impact analysis, organization design, digital communication, training support, and business readiness.
- Techno-functional expertise in HCM Systems implementation (SaaS, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft, Taleo) or cloud solutions is a plus.
- Strong capability in articulating business value and interpreting data for advanced technologies.
- Proficient stakeholder management in diverse global environments, with bonus experience in Digital transformations, RPA, Shared Services, and cloud implementations.
- Foreign languages like Arabic, Japanese, and French will be an advantage.
- Co-creation opportunities with strategy leaders and industry experts to pioneer innovative solutions using emerging technologies.
