2) Conceptualization, Layout, Design and Development of HEV/EV Lithium Ion Battery pack
3) Know-how and understanding on BEV layouts
4) Know-how on technical details of BMS, DVP specification to suppliers for Battery & E-Drive components/systems
5) Understand Control algorithms such as battery controls, battery SOC, SOH estimations, cell balancing, battery life optimization, safety related controls, configuration of BMS, cell characterization, energy calculation, thermal management
6) Understanding of the ISO 26262 compliance for BMS, DFMEA
7) Functional Testing, System/Component Benchmarking
8) Coordination with other design departments/ suppliers & related agencies for design and development Activities
9) Calibration - having exposure to work on Calibration tools like INCA, Vector tools.
10) Basic Vehicle system knowledge and E&E aggregates in the vehicle - EV associated systems like DC-DC converter, On board charger. E motor, HV battery
11) Validation understanding of Battery & E-Drive components by making proper test cases in both component, system and vehicle level so as to give issue free product to customerSkills critical for the role1) Good undertanding Li ion Battery technologyWorking
