Required Skills:1) Domain expertise (Finance Controllership)2) Plants’ accounting across multiple branches (build mindset)3) Team management skillsRole Objective:The incumbent will be responsible for finance controllership and direction for critical business units.Role Responsibilities:⚫ End to end responsibility of finance and accounting function, including cost accounting, book closing, inventory management, audits, financial controls and compliances for multiple legal entities.⚫ Handling audits and all deliverables related to compliances including corporate matters.⚫ Support business from a financial viewpoint including profitability analysis, margin profiling and other financial analytics needs.⚫ Formulate & drive business plans / strategies for existing and new plants⚫ ERP implementation for Plant Accounting⚫ Evaluate ROI of all capex related decisions⚫ Plant accounting and variance analysis across products⚫ Co-own the P&L and KPIs along with plant heads.⚫ Responsible for Bill of Material costing and decision making on pricing⚫ Anchor monthly performance reviews with Sales / Segment Heads⚫ Drive operational excellence through deep-dive analytic on capacity utilization⚫ Data analysis and visualization/presentations explaining financial & business results
