We are looking for an ambitious and energetic person for Business Development to acquire new clients in the domains of IT Services, Salesforce CRM Implementations and Web Application Development. The selected person will act as the face of the company and must possess the skills and experience to form and implement an effective Business Development and sales strategy. This position is for International Business Development.Must have experience of Upwork, Freelancer, Total, etc.Responsibilities- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.- Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing.- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.- Analyse latest market trends and closely track competitors.- Promote the company's offerings aligning with client's/prospects requirements- Provide thoroughly researched feedback to the voice of the market.- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and subsequently grow thebusiness by leveraging those relationships.- User portals like Upwork to engage with clientsRequirements- Proficiency in English Communication and negotiation skills- Experience in business development or sales or marketing in International IT Services- Must have experience of working with platforms like Upwork, freelancer, etc.- Knowledge of Software Development Terminologies.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce)- Market knowledge- Ability to build rapport- Time management and planning skills (ref:updazz.com)
