- Business Use Case Discovery & Strategic Alignment
- Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business goals, revenue challenges, and enablement gaps.
- Map high-impact use cases (e.g., onboarding, pipeline acceleration, manager coaching) to Mindtickle-powered programs.
- Co-create enablement charters, KPIs, and success frameworks that tie directly to business outcomes.
- Conduct discovery workshops and quarterly reviews to track progress and realign on goals.
- Platform Implementation & Program Delivery
- Lead end-to-end platform implementations, from kickoff to go-live, with an emphasis on value realization and internal stakeholder readiness.
- Configure platform elements such as user roles, content hierarchy, performance analytics, and governance workflows.
- Develop rollout plans that promote user adoption, stakeholder enablement, and long-term sustainability.
- Conduct testing and training to ensure platform readiness and customer self-sufficiency.
- Enablement Strategy & Performance Consulting
- Design enablement programs with built-in analytics, adoption strategy, and change management plans.
- Use data storytelling to guide program iteration, executive reporting, and performance improvement.
- Provide consultative guidance on communication plans, process optimization, and program evolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Account Executives, CSMs, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to align on customer goals and identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute reusable assets (playbooks, templates, reporting dashboards) to accelerate team delivery and consistency.
- Share insights via best practice sessions, case studies, and enablement frameworks.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate documentation of project scope, risks, timelines, and dependencies.
- Stay up to date with platform capabilities and new enablement trends to evolve customer engagement strategies.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree and have 5+ years of experience in SaaS consulting, enablement, RevOps, or professional services roles.
- Have 2+ years in a cross-functional, customer-facing role involving SaaS implementation or enablement strategy.
- Possess strong business acumen with the ability to translate enablement goals into scalable programs.
- Have experience working with sales or customer success teams on GTM initiatives.
- Are proficient in SaaS configuration, reporting/analytics (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI), and user engagement strategies.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, especially with senior/executive stakeholders.
- Are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and supporting clients across US time zones.
- Experience in revenue enablement, RevOps, or management consulting roles.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tech tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, change management, or governance frameworks.
- Prior hands-on experience with platforms like Mindtickle, Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad.
