You have experience with creating high performing social media content, managing timelines and using performance data to guide decisions for next month s social media content. You care about the details when it comes to creating a social media post, enjoy updating social media calendars, and take pride in making content that feels on-brand and scroll-stopping.Join UST as a Social Media Specialist and play a critical role in scaling our brand voice, creating high-quality content, and executing social campaigns that drive awareness and engagement across key markets.This is a full-time role based in India, reporting to the Head of Social and collaborating closely with global social media and marketing teams. Some projects may require working an overlap with U.S. hours.To apply, candidates must submit a portfolio of relevant social media work. A timely assessment must be completed during the interview process.What you ll do:Own the development and execution of organic social media content across channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Threads, with a priority focus on APAC marketsLead post-level execution, including copywriting, creative briefing for graphic and video assets, asset coordination, and channel optimizationManage and maintain social media editorial calendars and project workspaces, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on timeTrack and analyze content and campaign performance, using insights to optimize future content and inform recommendationsManage assigned community engagement tasks, monitoring inbound social media community interacting with UST s social media communities and tracking instances for reportingHelp maintain and evolve social media playbooks, workflows, and process documentationPartner with paid social teams by providing copy input, creative feedback, and performance observationsWhat you bring:Industry-specific skillsMinimum of 7 years experience in social media, specifically in daily management and content creation for brand social media channelsExperience creating and managing B2B social media content that drives engagement and brand awarenessExperience supporting global or regional social media programs, ideally within enterprise or large-scale organizationsStrong understanding of how different social platforms serve distinct audiences and objectivesTechnical & functional skillsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsB2B social media copywriting skills, with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and brand voiceExperience with content planning, editorial calendars, and campaign executionUnderstanding of social performance metrics and experience using data to inform content optimizationComfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneouslyFamiliarity with social publishing, scheduling, and analytics toolsAbility to create clear, actionable creative and video briefsSoft skillsAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentStrong independent ownership of tasksAbility to collaborate across global teams and time zonesHighly organized, proactive, and solutions-orientedBonus if you:Are based in Trivandrum, IndiaHave experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Asana, HubSpot, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar platformsSkills:brand marketing,social media,b2b social media,social media content,campaign execution,social performance metricsAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
