About the Role:We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven Tender Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in government procurement, especially on the GeM portal, and wants to grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, documentation, and client coordination to help us win and execute government contracts successfully.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and manage relevant tenders from GeM, CPPP, and state portals.- Prepare and compile bid documents, technical and financial quotations, and compliance checklists.- Handle online bidding, reverse auctions, and tender submissions on time.- Coordinate with internal teams and external departments for documentation, clarification, and approvals.- Follow up on tender status, work orders, invoice submission, and payment realization.- Maintain organized records of tenders, bids, correspondences, and outcomes.- Meet monthly bid submission targets and contribute to achieving revenue/profit goals.Requirements:- Working knowledge of GeM portal, CPPP, and other tendering platforms.- Strong command over Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and email communication.- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and stay organized under pressure.- Experience in handling technical/commercial documentation is a plus.What We Offer:- Competitive Salary based on experience and performance.- Opportunities for career growth and domain learning.- A supportive, collaborative, and professional team environment.- Exposure to large-scale government procurement workflows.
