  • Work closely as a Team member with a team size of 4 providing support to Fusion Environments.
  • Should be able to work on Access Management, managing the availability of multiple nonproduction environments.
  • Planning and communicating upcoming changes and outages to stakeholders to minimise disruption to development and testing cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be responsible for the cyclical patching of on-premise servers to ensure protection against emerging cyber threats, along with reporting and communicating this status to senior stakeholders.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Proven 5+years of experience in managing multiple development environments in a previous support role.
  • Have some experience of the Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion products is not essential would be advantageous.
  • Proven written, spoken and presentational communication skills.
  • Proficient in a wide range of HSBC tool sets particularly JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Experience using or configuring GitHub for Agile development use would be advantageous.
