- Manage sales operations within an assigned territory to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, or retail outlets.
- Plan and execute territory coverage plans, sales calls, and customer meetings.
- Educate clients about product features, benefits, and promotions through regular visits and presentations.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market conditions, and report insights to the management team.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams like supply chain, customer service, and marketing to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM or reporting tools.
- Participate in product launches, promotional events, and training sessions as required.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–8 years of field sales experience, preferably in pharma and healthcare
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with frequent travel.
