Job OverviewWe are seeking a Business Travel Sales Manager for our Gurgaon location. This mid-level, full-time role requires candidates with a work experience of 4 to 6 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales and building strategic relationships within the travel sector, ensuring robust sales growth and customer satisfaction.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost corporate travel sales and manage significant accounts.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct sales forecasting activities to plan and anticipate long-term revenue and sales growth.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors and clients, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality travel services.
  • Lead initiatives in enhancing the brand's market presence and extending its reach in the travel sector.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in corporate sales strategy, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong expertise in B2B negotiation to secure advantageous terms and partnerships with corporate clients.
  • Market analysis skills with the ability to understand trends and optimize sales strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in sales forecasting to anticipate future sales trends and prepare strategies accordingly (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with travel management software to effectively plan and manage business travel services.
  • Excellent networking and relationship building capabilities to maintain and expand client networks.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation to ensure favorable terms and compliance with corporate policies.
