- Experience in drafting and posting job advertisements that attract suitable candidates, showcasing the opportunities and benefits offered.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain a diverse pool of candidates for future vacancies, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment to reduce vacancy periods.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide insights for continual process improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential candidates.
