Business Analyst/Project Manager Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and convert them into technical requirements for developers. Define project goals, objectives, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Lead and manage software development programs and projects, ensuring that they are completed within scope, schedule and meet quality standards. Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, quality assurance professionals, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and execution of project tasks. Monitor and track project progress, risks, and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate updates and impacts to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with individual product managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize software features and requirements, ensure that they are incorporated into the project plan. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization, standardization, and automation, and implementing improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and retrospectives, and provide clear and concise reports and presentations to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in E&C. Domain expertise in either Radio, transport or Core domain. Worked in either Planning, Strategy OR Operations field in telecom domain of any organization. Experience in managing software development programs and projects would be an added advantage. Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, and experience in applying them in project management would be preferred. Familiarity with software development tools and technologies, such as version control systems, issue tracking systems, and project management software would be preferred. Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and project reporting. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and customers at all levels of the organization. Professional certifications, such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum, are a plus.
