To help us in our Services & Support digital journey, Gigamon Global Services team is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Business Data Analyst.Position Description:Data Analysis: 70%

Maintain data accuracy and monitor system updates to ensure data integrity.
Responsible for periodic data auditing, analyze data issues, provide recommendation to resolve, and implement resolution.
Apply basic understanding of the core components of Services offerings and RMA operations as well as basic understandings of SFDC reporting, data attributes, and Install Base reporting to data integrity and data analysis requests.
Use analytical skills to review and modify various data models. on analytical and database tools.
Gather and analyze data from various sources to draw relevant and actionable conclusions.
Apply basic understanding of software and hardware product licensing to data integrity and data analysis requests.

Renewals: 30%

Assist the Renewal team with creating and updating opportunities and quotes.
Use working knowledge on ERP and CRM tools to meet department and individual requirements.
Some working knowledge of Gigamon Core products in order to understand product offerings and differences in offerings.
Continue to build strong relationships with Distributors and Partners to process renewals on-time.
Able to take direction from management and stakeholders but can also take initiative to complete the Renewals pipeline and quotes in order to meet the SLA.
Individual should take direction from team lead/management regarding timelines and deadline expectations for assigned tasks.
Communicate task statuses and provide updates to business stakeholders and management.

Required Qualification, Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in directly related field.
Min of 2 years of business data analyst preferably with Services and Support experience.
Excellent data researching skills, analyzing data discrepancies, and creating a solution to resolve.
Hands on experience using systems/tools/applications as an end user
Experience working with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Communities, JIRA, MS D365 or any ERP systems, Flashtrack (Logistics), and also reporting tools like Domo, BI, or Tableau.
