Complete Work From Home jobCandidate Must have Desktop or Laptop of his /her own , client will not provide Assets hereRole: Customer Service Executive· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and resolve issues related to bus booking· Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile· Frequently attend training & reinforced trainings to improve knowledge and performance levelSeize opportunities to upsell products when they ariseBuild sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible wayCriteria:Track record of over-achieving quota· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types· Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectivelyHigh school degree
Willingness to work in BPO in inbound or outbound processes are eligible
for Rotational week offs and Shifts.Communication: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil / Kannada
Males / Females can be considered
Qualification: Any Degree (Certificate is mandatory)
Documents: Aadhaar/ Pan / Bank / If Experience (OL / Payslips / Experience) and Education CertificateThere are 10 Shifts , candidates must be ready to do any shift. They will get any shift out of it.
