- Lead requirements gathering and analysis efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders' needs are understood and translated into clear, concise, and complete requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to identify potential risks, issues, and opportunities related to proposed changes or solutions
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Conduct business process modeling and analysis to identify areas for process improvement
- Develop and maintain domain knowledge in the business area(s) supported by the organization
- Participate in the development and implementation of business analysis best practices and standards.
