We are looking for Relationship Manager: Quantum AMC is looking for a resource in its sales division. The desired candidate should be having 6-8 year of experience in sales of financial products (Mutual Funds/ Banks / broking/Insurance etc). He/ She should have prior experience in managing Channel Sales / Distributor management. Should be having knowledge of Jaipur market (Geography , Distribution Business). He/She should be able to meet distributors in person and talk about Quantum's Philosophy and products. Ideal candidate should be confident, good communicator , comfortable with dealing with new multiple customers.IT Skills – MS OfficeRoles and Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with MF distributors in Jaipur .
  • Building relationship with the existing direct clients and leads for business generation
  • Acquiring new clients for the company through own references and leads provided by the company
  • Meeting Sales targets in terms of Inflows , SIP etc.
  • Initiate and maintain personal contact with existing investors and allocated leads over the phone and meeting
  • Contacting minimum number of distributors/clients per day/week/month
  • Passing on Feedback on calling in a defined format on a daily/periodic basis
  • Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal information tools, using them to effectively grow or maintain share of wallet of premiere Distribution clients.
  • Responsible for product placement, new business development, key negotiations, and marketing campaign to promote schemes to the premiere segment – IFAs, Banks & NDs.
  • Delivering consistent and tailored service to the most valued premiere Distribution client.
  • Ensuring adequate mix across all products and meeting set sales targets.
  • Developing markets and enhancing market share.
  • Contributing to sustained growth in sales through initiatives targeted at long term development of Distribution relationships and deep markets.
  • Using relationships to mobilize funds under various schemes through Banks & NDs.
  • Educating the clients about the schemes presales and converting them to buy these schemes.
  • Sales paperwork, data collation and reporting.
  • Co-ordinating with the respective departments to ensure a smooth redressal of the post sales requirements.
