We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional with a background in business loans, supply chain finance (SCF), or working capital sales. The ideal candidate has strong connections in the FMCG distributor or B2B supply chain ecosystem, and a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing high-ticket financial deals.Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell business loan and SCF products to distributors and large B2B clients (not micro-enterprises).- Prospect clients through cold calls, referrals, and your distributor network.- Conduct financial needs assessments and offer tailored lending solutions.- Structure and present proposals including working capital loans, invoice discounting, term loans, etc.- Coordinate with internal and third-party lending partners.- Negotiate terms and manage post-sales relationships.- Track and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in business lending / financial services sales.- Strong exposure to supply chain finance, working capital loans, or invoice financing.- Prior experience dealing with distributors, stockists, or wholesalers (especially in FMCG or similar sectors).- Good understanding of how SCF impacts business operations.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Additional InformationSalary: Not a constraint for the right candidateIncentives & ESOP: Performance-based + ESOP opportunity availableLocation: Bengaluru (on-site)Employment Type: Full-time RegularOnly candidates with prior financial services sales experience in business lending and exposure to B2B distributor networks will be considered.
