Ensure environment availability, stability, and alignment with project requirements.2. Plan & Schedule Environments - Coordinate environment booking and allocation based on project and release timelines.3. Track environment issues, conflicts, and resolve them proactively.4. Maintain environment inventory, access controls, and documentation5. Formalize environment management processes, including provisioning, monitoring, and lifecycle governance6. Document required test data aligned to business scenarios and review the current management approach & request Test Data Provisioning 7. Review high-level design (HLD) and application architecture to understand environment needs.8. Identify existing environments aligned to integrations, applications, and services.9. Initiate requests for additional environments with required specifications and dependencies.10. Establish standardised process for raising & managing environment config changes.11. Monitor Environment Health & Availability - Track performance, uptime, and utilization across all test environments.12. Track KPIs & Metrics - Capture environment utilization, downtime, incident trends, and SLA adherence.
