Job title : Manager BDDepartment : Business Development - (6+yrs- Infertility segment) - Male Preferred Location : Chennai Responsibilities :- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans for assigned clinics, focusing on market expansion, patient acquisition, and revenue growth.- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including physicians and referral sources.- Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns (Workshops, CMEs etc) to generate awareness and drive patient inquiries.- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including outreach campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives.- Oversee the patient intake process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective patients.- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.- Manage and monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the cluster.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business goals.- Network with industry professionals at conferences, events, and professional organizations.- Travel to assigned clinics as needed.- Stay updated on the latest advancements in fertility treatments and technologies.- Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to timeSkills & Qualification :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare or fertility clinic industry.- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales and revenue targets.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.- Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Proficient in MS Office Suite (ref:updazz.com)
