  • Oracle Fusion HCM Suite Core HR and Recruiting is a must. Experience working on Compensation module will be a strong advantage

  • Implementation and support
  • Support the daily operations, maintenance, and fine-tuning of HRIS consistently focusing on optimizing processes
  • Update and upload required annual entry into Oracle HCM and quarterly patches
  • Main point of contact for system related questions, tickets and break-fix
  • Promptly and proactively address inquiries and resolve technical issues
  • Liase between business users and external Oracle system support teams, guiding the business when updates and patching will occur and what impact the updates will have on business processes
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
  • Set up appropriate user security
  • Assist in developing and implementing processes to streamline and automate workflow
  • Gather data, prepare custom reports, automate reports, and analyze data with useful HR metrics and presentations
  • Support integration bridge between HRIS and other systems
  • Consistently test and validate to ensure accurate data and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal partners, external vendors, upper management, and other regions to translate objectives into workable features within Oracle HCM
  • Prepare training material, guides, documentation and hands-on support for processes and workflows encompassing an employee life cycle from application to termination
  • Support special projects and perform other related duties and projects as assigned
  • Work closely with multi-region HR teams to develop appropriate solutions for enhancements in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing and providing quick user guides
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE POSITION
  • 10+ Years of Functional experience in HCM Modules with at least 3-4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Preferred experience in at least 2 of the following areas of HCM (example: Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiallity and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solutions driven and resourceful thinking
  • Assist customers with Quarterly Patching / Upgrades performing impact analysis and explaining the new features that come out of Quarterly Release.
  • Oracle HCM certification(s) preferred, with the ability to acquire and maintain various additional certifications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
