Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and experienced MS .NET Full Stack Lead Developer to join our team. This role involves full-cycle development of enterprise-class applications using technologies like Angular 8+, .NET Core, C#, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and delivering impactful user experiences.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and unit test scalable enterprise applications using Angular 8+, C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional teams to plan, design, review, and implement technical solutions.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.Refactor and enhance existing applications to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.Ensure that code complies with company standards, security guidelines, and industry best practices.Guide and mentor junior team members, conducting code reviews and providing technical feedback.Participate in continuous improvement of development processes and pipelines (CI/CD).Support application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.Keep abreast of emerging technologies and suggest practical applications within the team.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.Technical Skills:Strong experience in Angular 8+, RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS.Deep expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and C#.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and microservices.Experience with MongoDB (and optionally SQL databases).Strong grasp of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and clean code practices.Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).Proficiency with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and version control (Git).Preferred Knowledge:Experience with micro-frontends, Angular Elements.Knowledge of messaging platforms, message buses, or event streaming.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find simple solutions to complex problems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.Passion for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Skills:.Net Framework,Mongodb,Microsoft Azure,Angular FrameworkAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
