Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and logistics.
