The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of all technical systems and handling day-to-day operational issues efficiently.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance operations at the site

Handle electrical, plumbing, and general repair works

Monitor DG, STP, WTP, and fire safety systems

Attend and resolve resident complaints promptly

Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

Maintain service logs, reports, and checklists

Ensure compliance with safety standards

Manage technicians and support staff
