Human Resources - Candidate Sourcer-Mumbai

• Source and evaluate candidates based on job descriptions and salary ranges

• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals

• Identify suitable candidates for a wide range of non-IT positions across different functions

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance throughout the sourcing process

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing targets as part of a high-performing team

• 1–3 years of sourcing experience within the BPO/ITES domain

• Experience in sourcing for roles in BFSI, Finance & Accounting, Customer Service, Analytics, Procurement, HR, Pharma, Healthcare, Legal, etc.

• Proficiency in sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Referrals, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented, target-driven, and a team player

• Self-starter with a proactive attitude

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate

• Preferred: Background in Humanities / Management
