Provide overarching IT Asset Management accountability for all assigned software and hardware classes:
Setup and configuration of software and hardware models in ServiceNow to support EUS (desktop) asset management processes and activities
Monitor IT Compliance mailbox for new requests
Maintain software asset (license) assignment to user/computer for EUS software licenses
New software purchases
License transfer requests
Initiate SW install ticket/task to EUS in ServiceNow for new software purchases
Delivery of software license keys to EUS for new installs
Software license maintenance/support renewals
Working with IT Fulfillment, IT Compliance and SMP - troubleshoot and resolve delays in the request-to-procurement pipeline
Provide a central point of user administration for software vendor portals (Adobe, Sketch, Techsmith, JetBrains, etc)
Creation of HW or SW Asset reports in ServiceNow to support IT Compliance and other ad-hoc reporting for Technology initiatives.
Set up of maintenance contracts for IT Assets in ServiceNow.
Monitor inbound API hardware asset population in ServiceNow (discovery, sccm, casper) and resolve any data quality issues
