esignation: Lead - Learning Designer (Tech) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Data & AI Learning Solutions to support the manger in leading our Data & AI content development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI (GPT models), and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead individual projects, supporting the manager ensuring effective bandwidth utilization, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs. Oversee the development of synchronous (LVC) and asynchronous (OSL, e- learning, video modules) content for Data Science and AI programs. Provide technical guidance on Python programming, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI tools (GPTs), and more. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including academic partners, clients, and SMEs, to define project scope, learning objectives, and content strategy. Review and validate course structures, storyboards, assessments, and technical content for accuracy, relevance, and instructional soundness. Track and manage the assigned project, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Maintain awareness of latest trends, tools, and advancements in Data Science, AI, and instructional design practices.
