The role requires hands-on experience with government and private tender portals.Key Responsibilities

Search, prepare, and submit tenders/RFPs

Handle technical and commercial bid documentation

Ensure compliance with tender terms and timelines

Manage tender portals (GeM, CPPP, State & Private portals)

Coordinate with internal teams for documents and pricing

Maintain tender records and follow-ups

Skills Required

Experience in tendering (Manpower / Security / Facility Management)

Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

Good documentation and coordination skills

Familiarity with government tender portals
