Job Description:Job Title: – Salesforce QA (Experience Cloud)Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Trivandrum & Noida
Experience Range: 5–7 YearsKey Responsibilities * Manual Testing
  • Design and execute test plans and detailed test cases across functional, regression, integration, system, and smoke testing types.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of test results and execution steps.
  • Identify, log, and verify defects; ensure defect resolution meets expected standards.
  • Salesforce Domain Testing
  • Apply domain knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud to validate platform-specific functionalities and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to ensure test coverage aligns with platform behavior.
  • Automation Testing (Desirable / TBD)
  • Contribute to automation framework design and scripting (based on tool selection).
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
  • Generate and analyze automation execution reports.
  • Regression and UAT Support
  • Conduct regression cycles and provide support during UAT phases by coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Validate production bug fixes and releases.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify gaps and recommend improvements in QA processes and automation.
Must-Have Skills
  • Manual Testing – Strong hands-on experience in test case creation, execution, and result tracking.
  • Defect Management – Experience with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
  • Salesforce Domain Knowledge – Hands-on testing experience in Experience Cloud (or other Salesforce clouds).
  • Test Documentation – Ability to create clear and detailed test cases, logs, and reports.
  • Regression and UAT Testing – Proven experience in running and managing regression cycles and UAT coordination.
Good to Have Skills
  • Exposure to Test Automation Tools like Selenium, UFT, TestNG, etc.
  • Basic scripting/coding knowledge (Java, Python, or similar) for automation.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools for automation execution and reporting.
