- Ensuring execution of Trade Marketing Strategy goals
- Ensuring execution of schemes, consumer promos & new product launch
- Ensure visibility implementation & Merchandizing
- Conducting classroom training for Route Sales Agent / TSI
- Identify Market benchmarking and best practices
- Systems adherence (Hubbing, Primary Dispatch Plan adherence, Cheques availability)
