This role involves overseeing all aspects of the Primary School, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, student wellbeing, and staff development within the framework of the IB PYP.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Primary School.Ensure effective implementation and development of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).Lead and support a team of educators, promoting collaboration, innovation, and reflective practice.Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports academic, social, and emotional growth.Build strong partnerships with students, parents, and the wider school community.Drive continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making, professional development, and curriculum review. * Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies in line with international best practices.

Contribute to whole-school leadership and development initiatives as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
