- Lead change management efforts for HR initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, stakeholder buy-in, and adoption of new processes. Prepare communication and training plans to support people through change.
- Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure alignment with HR strategic goals.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure project compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and key metrics.
- Support the HR team in planning and executing strategic initiatives to drive business objectives.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, get customer feedback on board.
- Work closely with other project teams in case of cross functional programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment, tracking progress, and addressing deviations to keep projects on course. Communicate frequently with all stakeholders to maintain transparency and understanding.
- Introduce and standardize PMO methodologies within the HR PMO team, coordinate workloads, align on key deliverables, and contribute to executive reporting.
- Minimum 6+ experience in project and change management, preferably within the HR function.
- Formal project management training and certification - PMP certified not mandatory but recommended
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
- Experience speaking in front of executives and senior management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in multinational environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to closure within a commercial environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Project experience with an IT solutions or airline industry solutions provider
- Experience in M&A or any major transformation programs
