- Candidate should have experience in Engineering Design Services/Solutions and with Outsourcing/ offshore models
- Candidate will be responsible for managing the CADISON & Process Industry Solution (Visio P&ID) Business with the sales team in Germany
- Develop a pipeline of prospects by identifying and conducting focused research
- Make outbound calls (cold/warm) to identify qualified leads in the assigned region (domestic/international).
- Engage in intelligent conversations with project-based inquiries and arrange appointments with the Sales team with the concerned point of contact.
- Contact prospects and generate alternate contacts to update the database
- Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads
- Candidate will be responsible for multiple territories and preparing & executing sales strategies to achieve personal and team targets
