Title: Senior executive, Inside sales Desired Experience: 0-2 years Required Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field Roles and Responsibilities of Inside Sales Executive: ? Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify selling premium product opportunities through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats ? Research and understand customer needs and tailor premium product recommendations to their specific situation ? Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. ? Perform effective online demos for prospects ? Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer referrals ? Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets ? Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors Requirements and skills ? Proven inside sales experience of 0-2 years ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Strong phone presence and experience dialing 100-120 calls per day. ? Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision ? Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools ? Strong listening and presentation skills. ? Minimum Qualification ? Graduate. ? Working knowledge of MS Programs ?
