Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Title: GIT Full Stack DeveloperBrief introductionWe are building a new age eCommerce platform and are looking for a self starter, motivated Senior to join our dynamic developer community.As a part of this Individual Contributor role, you will Design, Develop and Support robust, scalable and high performance applications that support and further enhance our eCommerce OperationsThis role will work closely with product managers and digital team members to understand the requirements and develop applications, micro-services/frontends, APIs and their integration to build distributed systems.You must be willing to learn new technologies and stay on top of updates in the current frameworks and be willing to adopt the technologies in a quick time.Responsibilities:Develop Secure Web applications while supporting day to day operations of our ECommerce platforms that runs on the Headless paradigm as well as storefront implementationsContribute to Solutioning and Designing new integrations for the sitesHelp with improving site reliability while helping with Site upgrades and efficiency of build processesBe capable of arriving at designs for complex integrations including middleware servicesCollaborate with team members with diverse technical backgrounds to arrive at the right solution fix for day to day digital problemsUnderstand serverless deployment landscapesCollaborate with team members with diverse technical backgrounds to arrive at the right solution fix for day to day digital problemsConduct code reviews and provide quality feedbackWhile continuing to self develop, also contribute to a growth oriented team and mentor and develop junior resources as and when requiredContribute to overall program maturityHave a desire to learn new platforms and share knowledge with other team members to further drive platform development/resilience/operational excellenceRequired Qualifications :Bachelors (Computer Science / Computer Applications /Maths / Engineering disciplines)Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Large scale platform level front end development and implementationsMinimum 2 years experience in leading end to end back-end design and implementationsGood understanding of Modern JS (ECMA6) frameworks , preferably the Node (M E |Nest RN) stack leveraging TypescriptHave good understanding of front end frameworks like React/Next or Vue/Nuxt for integration and supportExperience with Testing frameworks like Mocha, JestExperience with MemCache/Redis or other caching strategiesExperience with creating Rest and/Or GraphQL APIs preferably with Node.jsGood understanding of serverless deployment landscapes and cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud PlatformKnowledge of SQL/ No-SQL DBs, T-SQL, PL-SQL & Query Performance OptimizationKnowledge of Queue processing/brokeringWorking knowledge of GIT source code control and branching methodologies, debugging, performance monitoring, benchmarking, logging, and testing toolsPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of any one other back end programming language, preferred, but not a must like JAVA/Groovy/Python/Go/C#Knowledge of any one additional type of DB preferred but not required * Familiarity with data privacy concepts (GDPR, PCI, HIPAA), cyber security, cookie policy, & accessibility standardsKnowledge of any middleware platform would be usefulSome experience with ECommerce domain will be helpfulCommunication Skills : Experience with dealing with multiple demographics will be a plusLeadership Skills : Self starter and motivated to take ownership of tasks providedProject Management tools like : Visual Studio Team Services, JIRA, Asana or any other modern PM tools like Trello, ClickUPOur Commitment to Inclusion
