- Perform the Cleaning of Equipment as per ECR.
- To follow the cGMP practice.
- Charge the batch as per approved batch manufacturing record.
- Preparation of Standard operating procedure.
- Before batch charging ensure the dispensed raw materials received as per BMR/BPR.
- Ensure BMR/BPR/ECR instruction are strictly followed by workers.
- Report any abnormality to Executive/ Manager during processing of BMR/BPR/ECR.
- Carry Out the cleaning of manufacturing facility and PPA area by workers as per standard procedure.
- Segregation and identification of RM/Intermediate /FG according to status.
- Balance verification/ Calibration as per standard procedure.
- To Maintain the daily records (i. e. Cleaning, Reconciliation, Differential pressure, Temp. & RH)
- Ensue the Manufacturing unit operation like Heating, cooling, chilling, Reaction, layer separation, filtration, centrifugation, drying, milling, sifting, blending and packing going on as per BMR/BPR.
- Use of Personnel protective equipment self and ensure subordinate use of PPE.
- Take the part in Safety, cGMP and general awareness Training.
- BMR/BPR/ECR filling and compilation.
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills
