As technology further shifts the balance of power in media, and puts more power in the hands of the creator, OML is uniquely positioned to create opportunities for our clients and partners around the globe.Key responsibilities (Writer/Directors) :Managing Day to Day Activities in your Artist's lifeReaching out to relevant networks to maximize business opportunities.Closing business and making sure I see it to the end of its executionLegal - Making sure the artist is protected legally for all deals closed, making sure all their work is protected as well while doing the same.Execution of projects : Direction - To help put together a team for projects that need one and Writers : To build writers rooms to execute a project , to make sure the client and writers are in sync on the projectMeeting deliverables- Clients often have a tight deadline, I see to it that these deadlines are met with ease and a balance remains on artist end as well .Development and Feedback - Giving feedback to writers on stuff they ask feedback on, making focus groups for a better feedback system and making sure the writer has access to these groups for them to improve the worksTargets - Making sure the vision and professional targets of the writers and directors are metManaging and developing the careers of a growing community of writers and directors.
