Manager - Client Solutions (Performance Marketing)

• Develop and implement result-oriented strategy for the brand
• Conduct effective and correct market research and apply information for the brand
• solution.
• Build growth-oriented media solution based on the client’s brief.
• Accountable for developing and delivering memorable customer solutions and demos
• by clearly articulating business outcomes and value propositions.
• Build strong professional credibility by effectively managing and developing
• relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Aid the team to achieve sales target, increase market share and build organizations brand through responsible selling.
• Timely review of sales process to extract better efficiencies and results
• Monitor pre and post sales, relationship building, new business generation, analysis of competitors’ strategies.
• Aid the team to work on industry and market research to reach out to the right potential clients.
• Periodically review sales closure to figure out gaps and how the team can improve in support
• Provide guidance and recommendations to build and improve current revenue models and capabilities.

• Graduate Degree in finance, business, or marketing
• Should have industry knowledge and expertise of digital marketing operations
• Should have managed Google/Facebook campaigns directly for atleast 2 years.
• Strong research and data analysis skills, including new industry trends
• Proficiency in digital marketing, esp media including but not limited to Search/Social/Affiliates/Programmatic/Measurement
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and motivates the team
• Willingness to travel
• Atleast 3-4 years of experience.
