Project descriptionThe Risk and Finance solutions team requires a Senior Performance Tester to work on their Liquidity and Capital Enhancements and Regulatory reporting Programs. Key attributes include solution realization, design across the capital risk and balance sheet management systems for a range of regulatory and technical optimization requirements.Responsibilities

Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives Should co-ordinate between onshore & offshore teams Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium & Cucumber

SKILLSMust have

7-10 years experience in Performance Testing/Automation
Good understanding and experience in analyzing PT Non Functional Requirement document and collaborate with stakeholders to modify and finalize the NFR.
Expertise and Hands on experience in PT tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Performance Center. Other PT tools knowledge is added advantage.
Prior experience on Performing the load testing on SAP (Fiori, Sap Analytics Cloud) Based UI Applications
Batch performance testing knowledge with multiple upstream systems.
Expertise in Test Planning, Test Execution and Test Reporting.
Good knowledge in creating scripts and running them for web applications with HTTP, Webservices, REST API and True Client Web Protocols. Other protocol knowledge would be value added.
Experience of handling Application Server monitoring with use of tools like Putty, PerfMon, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, WinSCP and other Performance Monitoring tools.
Good knowledge of Batch job runs
Good knowledge of Control M and Axiom tools.
Great understanding and knowledge of repository tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence and JIRA.
Deep understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Should have good track record in following Quality Standards, Company Policy and Compliances.
Excellent communication with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
