Key Responsibilities:Sales Execution:- Conduct outbound sales calls and outreach to potential customers to generate leads and secure sales.- To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, Outreach and Prospecting.- Build a corporate database and be responsible for the entire sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure and then account management.- Identify Key Decision Makers by performing research and using prospecting tools.- Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.- Target a specific set of customers and figure out a way to reach out to the decision maker and close the deal.- Drive partnerships that can help with lead generation and consequently deal closures.- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.Pipeline Management:- Build and manage a sales pipeline to track progress and prioritize efforts for maximum efficiency.- Utilize CRM tools to input, track, and manage customer interactions and sales activities.Product Knowledge:- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.Continuous Learning:- Proactively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.Customer Engagement:- Foster positive relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.Requirements:- 3+ years B2B sales experience, especially in Enterprise, banking, Job boards, Employee Benefits or hospitality.- Must have Strong communication(written& verbal), top notch presentation skills.- Proficiency in MS office & CRM tools.Locations: Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, MumbaiSalary: As per market standards.
