Mentor or guide junior associates along with their deliverables

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in IT and Java development experience along with below skill set

Microservices Development Design, build, and maintain scalable Java or Spring Boot microservices with a focus on performance, security, and integration
CI/CD Implementation Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes in collaboration with DevOps
Test Automation and Quality Assurance Create and integrate automated tests using Cucumber and JUnit to ensure software quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle
Code Reviews and Best Practices Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency
SDLC and Cross-Functional Collaboration Follow SDLC processes and work closely with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals and ensure timely delivery
Hands on experience in oracle, Postgres and Snowflake DB's

Preferred Qualifications:

Heath care domain expertise
Knowledge or hands on experience in DataStage, Python technologiesa
