What You’ll Do:
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, engage, and qualify Service leads through a mix of outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and other channels to build a strong pipeline.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns focused on promoting Blue Yonder’s service offerings to new and existing customers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and markets for Blue Yonder’s service offerings, positioning them for successful penetration.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and delivery to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners, showcasing the value of Blue Yonder’s solutions and Services offers.
  • Sales Strategy Alignment: Stay aligned with Blue Yonder’s product and Services offer vision, and strategy, ensuring that service sales campaigns are positioned effectively.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly update the CRM with lead status and sales activity, providing accurate sales pipeline forecasts and tracking performance.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices that enhance the efficiency and scalability of the SDR function.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively position solutions to address pain points.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a growth mindset with a passion for learning and adapting in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach), and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Experience using or experimenting with Generative AI tools to improve outreach, messaging, or productivity is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to support regional time zones and collaborate with global sales teams.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in services sales, business development, or a related field (ideally with experience in software or technology solutions).
  • Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or supply chain technology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement, ABM strategies, or customer success functions is desirable.
